1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Corpnex (Private) Limited (“Corpnex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) at corpnexsolutions.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Corpnex provides AI engineering and consulting services including but not limited to: intelligent chatbots and agents, data integration, document automation, enterprise AI systems, and analytics dashboards. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project agreements signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Corpnex website, logo, brand materials, and proprietary frameworks remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without our written permission.

Client IP: Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all custom code, models, and systems we build for you are owned by you upon full payment. We may retain the right to use general techniques and non-proprietary components in future projects.

4. Payment Terms

• Project pricing is fixed and agreed upon before work begins
• Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly charge after 30 days
• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise

5. Warranties & Support

All delivered systems include a 30-day warranty period. During this period, we will fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost.

After the warranty period, ongoing support and maintenance are available through separate retainer agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corpnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement. We will never share your business data, processes, or systems with third parties without your explicit written consent.

8. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with the website's functionality or security
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the individual project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
